
Shauna combines strong training in social services with a deep commitment to supporting young people with diverse needs. She holds a Community Support Worker diploma and has completed additional training in Applied Behavior Analysis, crisis intervention, and early childhood education. Her experience includes providing respite care and working closely with youth and young adults with developmental and neurological differences, where she is known for her patience, compassion, and ability to build trust. Alongside her social services background, Shauna also brings skills from leadership and customer service roles, giving her a practical, adaptable approach to working with people in many different settings. At Whytecliff, she is dedicated to creating safe, supportive spaces where young people feel understood and encouraged in their growth.
